By registering for and using CourtSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CourtSync is a sports training management platform that connects coaches and players in England. The Service allows:

Coaches to create training plans and upload instructional videos

Players to access assigned training content and track progress

Team management and progress monitoring

3. Beta Testing Terms

Beta Notice: CourtSync is currently in beta testing phase.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

The Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
Your access is limited to invited beta testers only
We may modify or discontinue features without notice
Your feedback and usage data may be used to improve the Service

4. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

13+ Years Can register independently

Under 13 Requires verifiable parental consent (UK GDPR compliance)

Under 18 Parent/guardian supervision recommended

5. Coach Responsibilities and Standards

All coaches using CourtSync must comply with UK professional standards:

Hold appropriate qualifications as recommended by UK Coaching standards

Maintain valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance

Comply with UK safeguarding requirements for working with young people

Only provide advice within their level of qualification

Report any concerns about player safety through appropriate channels

Maintain professional boundaries and avoid inappropriate relationships

6. Player Safety and Appropriate Use

Your Safety First: Always prioritize your health and well-being.

Players must:

Only perform exercises within their ability level
Seek medical advice before starting any new training program
Report any safety concerns or inappropriate behavior
Use the platform for sports training purposes only

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant CourtSync a license to use, store, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Share account credentials or invitation codes
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Attempt to access other users' private information
Interfere with the Service's operation or security

9. Limitation of Liability

Important: CourtSync provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the Service or training content.

10. Insurance and Professional Standards

Public Liability Minimum £1 million

Professional Indemnity Required for coaches

CourtSync does not provide insurance coverage for coaches or players.

11. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with UK GDPR.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
